The term "The Customer" means any person, group, firm or company who negotiates with or contracts to purchase or use any images or photographs taken by our photographers or used on this website. The terms "picture or pictures" includes any photographic print or transparency or any other item including electronic images (in the form of computer files, cd-rom or any other form) which may be offered by BreathEcosse Media.

BreathEcosse Media shall deliver the picture to customer according to the customer's instructions, and unless by standard postal delivery, at the customer's cost. All pictures shall be deemed to have left Breathecosse Media premises in good condition and received by the customer in the same condition unless notified  within 2 days of receipt by telephone. Any damage or discrepancy should be reported to BreathEcosse Media and a solution or rectification made as soon as possible.

BreathEcosse Media DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE WEBSITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR MATERIAL RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, BreathEcosse Media IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS.
